Detailed Description
CorINFO Modules
The CorINFO suite consists, mainly, of the CorINFO Configurator, the CorINFO Shell and the CorINFO Monitor:
CorINFO Configurator is an intuitive tool for authoring the layout and functionality of Kiosk Applications. Its drag-and-drop building blocks and its GUI interface, enable people without any programming experience to design, test and deploy a Kiosk Application in a fraction of the time required by standard development tools and applications.
CorINFO Shell provides a secure and robust client environment for the Kiosk Applications, as well as, a flexible presentation and user interaction interface. It is designed from the ground-up for increased reliability, availability, maintainability and capability, that make it an ideal environment for unsupervised Self-Service Kiosk Terminals.
CorINFO Monitor is a Network Management tool that collects Status Messages (eg. errors and alerts) from clients/kiosks and displays Status and Availability/Usage Reports. It can operate in real-time over dedicated communication lines or in batch-mode over dial-up connections or lower bandwidth connections. This is an optional tool, however, for kiosk networks with 20 or more terminals, this is an essential element for maximizing kiosk availability and uptime.
