CorSWITCH Architecture
The design of CorSWITCH is based on the following principles:
- Open System Architecture.
- Multi-tiered Client/Server Structure.
- Scalable System Architecture: From single processor server to drive as few as 8 end-points to an SMP server to handle more than 100 end-points.
- Modular Application Architecture: pug-in applications, protocols, HOC, devise handles, etc.
- Support of Fault-resilient configurations (Lifekeeper, RAID).
- DES & tripleDES Encryption (Future: EKC Encryption).
- ODBC Compliant, SQL.
- WOSA/XFS compliant and ActiveXFS End-Points.
CorSWITCH's up-to-date open system architecture allow easy implementation of new transactions and e-commerce products, as well as, participation to more sophisticated networking infrastructures, incorporation of various modes of operation (on-line, off-line, and standalone modes), and support of various authorization methods (positive, negative, hot reject and host/processor authorizations).
With CorSWITCH, customers are able to:
- easily implement a virtually limitless array of transactions on their SSTs (e.g. traditional cash dispensing, balance inquiry, account statements, check cashing, electronic bill payment, real-time activated prepaid phone cards, money order issuance, event ticketing, Internet-based e-commerce products and services, currency deposits, interactive advertising, biometric identification, etc.)
- easily add POS terminals and new SSTs, other than the traditional ATMs and Kiosks, to your networks.
- easily expand your ATM and Kiosk networks into new payment environments, such as, Internet business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) processing.
- seamlessly connect your network to the Internet and other banking or non-banking networks.
